transparency and providing information that would not normally be
available; this section gives potential participants the opportunity to
see what's happening behind the scenes. Some

correspondence
with HH400 and SPTS is shown in this website. It is subdivided into
files for each of the principal actors.
Our internal filing system also holds separate
files for each person and organization with which we are corresponding.
